On the 6th day of fitness, my true love gave to me six pack abs, four fitness apps, three tips for runners, two sports balls and a smoothie full of protein.

On the 7th day of fitness, my true love gave to me a seven minute workout, six pack abs, four fitness apps, three tips for runners, two sports balls and a smoothie full of protein.

On the 8th day of fitness, my true love gave to me eight stair hops, a seven minute workout, six pack abs, four fitness apps, three tips for runners, two sports balls and a smoothie full of protein.

On the 9th day of fitness, my true love gave to me nine moves in water, eight stair hops, a seven minute workout, six pack abs, four fitness apps, three tips for runners, two sports balls and a smoothie full of protein.

On the 10th day of fitness, my true love gave to me perfect 10 legs, nine moves in water, eight stair hops, a seven minute workout, six pack abs, four fitness apps, three tips for runners, two sports balls and a smoothie full of protein.

On the 11th day of fitness, my true love gave to me more than 11 burpees, perfect 10 legs, nine moves in water, eight stair hops, a seven minute workout, six pack abs, four fitness apps, three tips for runners, two sports balls and a smoothie full of protein.

On the 12th day of fitness, my true love gave to me 12 minute nachos, more than 11 burpees, perfect 10 legs, nine moves in water, eight stair hops, a seven minute workout, six pack abs, four fitness apps, three tips for runners, two sports balls and a smoothie full of protein.
