6-Minute Abs Workout (Bodyweight Exercises Only!)
Hey everyone! Today we are working our abs in only 6 minutes. I have a special guest here with me today, this is Sven. You might recognize him from the Runtastic Results app. He is here to do this abs workout with me (as if he needs it!). We are going to train our abs using only bodyweight exercises and we are going to work really hard in a short amount of time. But trust me – you will feel the burn!
So, we have 6 moves for you and we are going to do all of them for one minute each with no rest in between. So just 1-2-3-4-5-6 back-to-back. And when you are done with all 6 of these exercises, you’re done with the workout. Are you ready? Let’s get started.

- Low plank arm reaches
- Bicycle crunches
- Scissor kicks
- Russian twists (easy or hard)
