Body Confidence: Loving Yourself from the Inside Out

Loving the skin you’re in and feeling sexy despite where you are in your fitness journey is something a lot of women struggle with. We are flooded with images on social media and in magazines that can oftentimes make us feel like we are not good enough. So, where has our body confidence gone and what will it take to get it back again?

Even on the Runtastic Fitness Channel, I get plenty of comments from users telling me that I’m fat, ugly and I have a weird shape. Luckily, I can just press the “delete” or “block” button, but what about when those haters are people in your family or workplace? How do you handle them?

So, I sat down with fellow youtuber, fit mom and personal trainer Sarah Dussault (of Sarahfit) and that’s exactly what we talked about: body confidence, being subject to haters online and being a part of a space that is full of many gorgeous and talented women. Plus, for all you moms out there, Sarah shares her physical and emotional experience with body changes during pregnancy.
