In a poll conducted in 2013, 66% of the runners surveyed thought working out together with their significant other would improve their sex life. The percentage of men who said this at 71% was slightly higher than that of women at 62%. We say go for it – become a workout couple!
Running increases your interest in your significant other
In another study done in 2015, 41% of the 1,000 runners surveyed said that they felt euphoric after their workout and more attracted to their significant other.
This is not so surprising: when you run, your body releases some of the same hormones it does during sex. Endorphins, also known as “happy hormones,” help relieve pain, lower anxiety and give you a euphoric feeling.

Regular exercise makes you more desirable
The University of Arkansas examined 408 test subjects (who exercised 3-4 times a week): 80 % of the men and 60 % of the women felt more desirable due to regular exercise. High five to that! How about trying some couple exercises together!
Improves your potency
A study of 30,000 people conducted by the Harvard School of Public Health found that men who exercise regularly have a 30% lower risk of impotency than physically inactive people.
But regular exercise can do much more: it can also lead to more orgasms and improved “couple fitness”. 78 test subjects began to run four times a week. In the span of 9 months, they reported a 30% increase in sexual activity. The number of orgasms also rose by 26%.
