Celebrate Canada Day By Burning Some Calories

Happy Canada Day to all you Canadians out there!  A big shout out to all our Canadian friends who continue to support Runtastic year after year.  So before you head out to the parades, carnivals, festivals & BBQ’s to celebrate, I have a workout for you in honor of Canada Day.

CANADA Day Calorie Burn

C- Climbers x 20 (mountain climbers)

A- Air Bikes x 25

N-Narrow Sit-Stands x 15

A- Alternate Heel Touchers x 20 (each side is one rep)

D- Downward Dog-to-Plank x12

A- Arm Circles x 100 (50 forward/ 50 backward)

Complete each exercise with little to no rest in between.  At the end of the 6 exercises, rest for 30-90 seconds and repeat for 3-5 rounds.

Terminez chaque exercice avec une courte pause ou bien continuez sans vous arrêter. À la fin des 6 exercices, reposez-vous pendant 30 à 90 secondes et répétez le tout 3 à 5 fois.
