Up for a challenge? It will help you push yourself even harder so you can reach your personal goals.
New: Challenges in the adidas Training app
Now our exciting new Challenges feature that you may have seen in the adidas Running app is also available in the adidas Training app! A Training Challenge gives you the chance to compare your progress with the community over a certain time period.
Find the current challenges* by clicking on the “Progress” tab in the adidas Training app. Select “Don’t Stop Me Now” under “Challenges”. Then you can “Join Challenge” and you’re in!
Good to know:
After you join, activities that comply with the challenge rules will be automatically linked and count towards the challenge, and your performance will be shown on the Leaderboard.
*This is the only challenge available at the moment, but stay tuned — in the coming weeks and months there’ll be more motivational challenges for you.

Whether you follow your training plan or try out something from the Workout Collection, it doesn’t matter WHAT you do, it only matters that you make some time for your fitness and show December what you’re made of! All minutes spent tracking a workout in the app are counted.
Good to know:
Warm-up, stretching, and cool-down do not count.
