Honey Sesame Cod with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets
- 400 g broccoli
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
For the garnish:
- 1 spring onion
- Cilantro
- Sesame seeds
- Lime slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a baking pan with some sesame oil.
- Chop the red chili pepper.
- Mix the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, fish sauce, red chili pepper, crushed garlic, and lime juice in a bowl. Grate the ginger into the bowl.
- Place the fish fillets on the baking sheet, surround with broccoli and cover with lime slices.
- Season with salt and pepper and pour the glaze over the fillets.
- Bake the dish for 20 minutes. Turn the broccoli once during cooking.
- Serve the fish with sesame seeds, spring onions, and cilantro.
