Honey Sesame Cod with Broccoli
2 cod fillets 400 g broccoli 4 Tbsp soy sauce 1 Tbsp honey 3 Tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp fish sauce Juice of ½ lime 1 red chili pepper 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger 1 garlic clove Salt & pepper (to taste)
For the garnish:
1 spring onion Cilantro Sesame seeds Lime slices
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a baking pan with some sesame oil. Chop the red chili pepper. Mix the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, fish sauce, red chili pepper, crushed garlic, and lime juice in a bowl. Grate the ginger into the bowl. Place the fish fillets on the baking sheet, surround with broccoli and cover with lime slices. Season with salt and pepper and pour the glaze over the fillets. Bake the dish for 20 minutes. Turn the broccoli once during cooking. Serve the fish with sesame seeds, spring onions, and cilantro.
