Fat-Burning Abs Workout with Runtastic Results

Hey friends, welcome back to the Runtastic Fitness Channel. Today it is time for another Standalone Workout! Today we are doing Standalone Workout F, which stands for Foxtrot. So jot down this workout, call up a group of friends and do this awesome workout together. This workout will really get your heart rate up for some fat-burning and also really focuses on the abs – I know you guys love that.

Here’s your fat-burning Foxtrot workout:

  • Jumping jacks
  • Squats
  • Russian twists
  • Skier abs
  • Knee push-ups
  • Low plank
