Brownie Balls Ingredients
|
Preparation (makes 12-15 balls)
If you are using dried dates, soak them in a bowl of hot water for about 5 minutes.
Then put them in a blender (without the water) and blend until smooth. Add the almonds, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla and blend everything into a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the shredded coconut into a shallow bowl. Form little balls out of the brownie mixture and then roll them in the shredded coconut until fully covered.
Store them in your fridge before enjoying! When kept in the freezer, they will last for several months.

Banana Cookies

Preparation (makes 12-15 cookies)
Preheat your oven to 175°C.
Mash the bananas and combine with rolled oats. Add baking powder and salt and mix well.
Now it’s time to get creative: Add some ingredients from the list above (optional), or whatever you can think of, to your mixture. The different colors indicate how low or rich in calories your final cookies will turn out. For low-cal cookies, use the red ingredients sparingly and opt for more green and yellow ingredients instead.
Mix all your ingredients together and form small cookies. Put them on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
