1. Chia pudding

You can’t get much simpler than this for breakfast: just mix together chia seeds, coconut milk and honey in a jar to form the chia pudding, screw on the lid and put it in the refrigerator. The next day, take it out, pop it in your bag and off you go! Chia pudding also works great as an afternoon snack.

2. Quinoa salad

This colorful quinoa salad with orange, vegetables and beans is not only the perfect BBQ side dish, it is also a tasty and filling lunch option. Whip up a big batch on Sunday evening and you have lunches for the entire week.

3. Carrot-walnut cookies

We are all familiar with the afternoon slump. Do you need a quick boost of energy to help you get through the day? These scrumptious carrot-walnut cookies satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt. But don’t eat them all on your own – make sure to share them (and the recipe) with your colleagues 😉
