Homemade ice cream with blueberries

Ice cream always tastes better in the summer. If you make it yourself, you can cut a lot of unnecessary calories. Go ahead and try this easy, delicious recipe for blueberry yogurt ice cream popsicles!  

Blueberry Yogurt Ice Cream Popsicles

Yield: 6

Blueberry Yogurt Ice Cream Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 200 g blueberries
  • 500 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the blueberries and blend them in a blender for a few seconds. The consistency should still be chunky.
  2. Mix the yogurt and the honey in a bowl. Add the blueberries.
  3. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
