We’re excited to introduce the Runtastic News Feed in your Results appRuntastic app and Me app. This allows you to stay connected with your friends, get motivated by their progress and gain extra accountability knowing that your friends can see when you are (or are not) doing your workouts.

Let’s be real, we are all familiar with a news feed, but oftentimes it’s flooded with so much information covering a variety of topics: who’s getting married, who hates their job or who’s had a bad day and decided to share all the details about it. Let the Runtastic News Feed be your place to connect with health-minded individuals who are working towards a more fit, healthy and happy lifestyle on a regular basis – just like you!

How does it work?
The News Feed feature is currently available with the latest update of the Results app, Runtastic app and the Me app. So make sure you take the time to update your apps with the latest version if you haven’t done so already. You can find your News Feed by going to the tab bar or the drawer and clicking “News Feed”.

You can scroll through your News Feed and see your friends’ latest workout details. Perhaps seeing your pal has gone on a run, bike ride or did an abs workout with the Six Pack app will also motivate you when you just don’t feel like working out. You can see all the activity stats: maps, time, duration, pace, mood, etc.! And yes, you can like and comment to inspire others on all of their activities. Go, go, go!

How do I share my activities on the News Feed?
The fitness activities from your Runtastic apps will automatically be shared on your News Feed. You can, of course, adapt these sharing preferences and decide for yourself who can see your posts (friends only, me only, etc.). To adapt your privacy settings, you must do so on the web. But keep in mind that you never know who will be inspired by your progress!

Who can see what I share on the News Feed?
Only your Runtastic friends can see your News Feed activity. And, of course, all of your privacy settings can be adjusted on the web.

You can go along your fitness journey alone, but it’s so much better with friends and supportive people around you! While you may not have many supportive people close to you, it’s always possible to find motivation from those in the Runtastic community. Connect with your friends in your News Feed and start pushing each other to the next level. Community is the best way to ensure your goals are on track. Plus, there will be plenty of people cheering you on throughout the process.

Is there any additional information available on the News Feed?
Definitely! Periodically, we will include some amazing content from our experts on the Runtastic blog. Get a boost of motivation, some training tips or healthy recipes right in your Runtastic News Feed when you need it most. This great content is available in the News Feed for both iOS and Android.

The Results app helps you to literally transform your body in just a matter of weeks. Take a look at our blog and read René’s transformation story, or share in Manja’s incredible journey from Week 1 to Week 12.

Are you ready to begin your fitness journey, but don’t know where to start? Start by monitoring your daily steps with the Me app. A little extra movement on a consistent basis can add up to a huge difference.
