  • 1 mango
  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom


  1. Dice the mango.
  2. Blend the fruit with the other ingredients until thick and creamy.
