In India people like to drink a mango lassi with spicy meals, because it reduces the spiciness of the food. The yogurt drink also aids digestion.

Tip: A cold lassi is especially refreshing.

  • 1 mango
  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom


  1. Dice the mango.
  2. Blend the fruit with the other ingredients until thick and creamy.
