New Workouts: Outdoor Workouts Added to Results App
Bye, bye summer body… hello lazy rainy days? Not so fast. Fall might be knocking at the door, but its not a reason to give up on workouts, not even the outdoor ones! Actually, it’s the perfect time to form new habits that will keep you from getting trapped in the winter blues. Regular indoor and outdoor activities will keep you healthy and happy during colder months.
The Results app now features two new standalone workout routines for free! You can do these bodyweight workouts outdoors without any equipment in less than 30 minutes. You don’t even have to carry a mat. Of course, if it’s pouring rain or you just want to stay at home, you can do these outdoor workouts indoors, too 😉
New Workouts for Outdoors and Indoors
BURN FAT WORKOUT
- Duration: 15-19 min
- Goals: Boost your metabolism and endurance
- Time-based workout, do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds for each exercise!
POWER UP WORKOUT
- Duration: 20-25 min
- Goals: Strengthen your muscles and build stamina
- Rep-based workout, do 20 reps of each exercise

Can you do outdoor workouts when it’s cold outside?
As long as it’s not freezing or slippery, training outdoors in the cold will give your workout an extra boost! Why? Your body needs about two percent more energy in cold temperatures to keep you warm. Just make sure to warm-up beforehand and wear proper sweat-absorbing clothing that will keep you dry and safe from getting a cold.
