by Ilka Groenewold,

Break out of your comfort zone. That’s not always easy for us runners. The temptation is too great to go for an easy run through the park or take a leisurely jog around the neighborhood. And there’s nothing wrong with that — but it won’t improve your performance. To do this, you need to push your boundaries: try Story Running and get into fabulous shape with “Pushing the Limit.”
Pushing the Limit: Boost your motivation and surpass your goals
Do you want to spice up your running training? While you listen to “Pushing the Limit,” you complete an interval workout and challenge your body’s limits. The combination of fast and slow intervals takes your running training to a whole new level – and thus improves your overall fitness.

The big advantage of Story Running voice prompts is that they help runners to concentrate on the essentials – running and your body.
“For a long time, I too was looking for ways to shake up my workout and new options for keeping my motivation up,” said running expert Ilka Groenewold. “Story Runs are perfect for this and can really switch up your training. I’m 100% convinced that we can get a lot more out of ourselves through infectious beats and inspiring voice prompts!”
Interval training is known for taking runners to their limits. If you make it a regular part of your workout routine, you will get faster and improve your performance. And the great thing about it is that it works for everyone from beginners to professionals. Interval training is a suitable component for every training routine. “I recommend incorporating it into your training once or twice a week if you go running 4-6 times per week.” Of course, this is merely a guideline. In the end, my advice is to always listen to your body. If you feel good, you can try to push your limits to the next level and make fitness gains. But if you are having trouble “getting the lead out,” take it a little easier and don’t force it. In any case, the general rule applies: The only way to boost your performance is by pushing your body to its limits.
