I have absolutely no clue, but I don’t move much at all.
I would guess not much. Definitely NOT the recommended 8,000-10,000!
I make a mindful effort daily to take the stairs and walk when I can.
I’m hitting 8,000-10,000 steps per day...my step tracker tells me 🙂
