Your perfect smoothie: 3 “runtastic” tips
- Don’t add too many ingredients to your smoothie. It’s best to choose 2 or 3 types of fruit together with vegetables like cucumber, spinach or beet.
- Use some liquid to obtain the consistency you want. Water is good for this, as is (plant) milk or coconut water.
- Top off your healthy snack, for instance, with chia seeds, goji berries or ginger for an extra kick.
