Top Expert Tips to Stay Fit and Balanced

Hello everyone, I am really happy that you joined me today because I have two very special guests with me and a really great topic for you. We are going to talk to you today about balance. We want to reveal the tips, tricks and tools that we have incorporated into our lives that have enabled us to stay fit and balanced long-term.
So, of course, I had to bring you the best advice and I have two guys on my couch today to discuss this topic. I have Sascha Wingenfeld, a personal trainer and running expert, who you might recognize from the Running ABC videos on Runtastic.com. Sven Friedrich is also here. He is a personal trainer, athletic coach and the main model from our Runtastic Results app.
So, when it comes to fitness and healthy living, I feel like a lot of people are always living in extremes. They are either on this really strict diet: no carbs, working out every day, morning cardio and all of these other practices that aren’t really sustainable in real life. Or they are in the other extreme and too tired or too busy and would rather stay on the couch than get up and move. Always full of excuses.
Not to pat ourselves on the back, but I think the three of us have all done a really great job at figuring out how to find balance in our own unique lifestyles. That is one of the things that is so extremely important; you have to figure out what works for you. So we are each going to share our unique perspective on how we stay healthy and balanced in our lives and hopefully that will help you figure out your way as well.
