Runtastic for Oculus VR®: 7-Minute Workout & More

The Runtastic team has been preparing a selection of the company’s most popular strength & toning workouts for Oculus Rift. Workouts include the 7-Minute Workout, and will later include additional butt and leg workouts, yoga routines and more. With the use of Oculus Rift, individuals can complete workouts from the comfort of their home, office or hotel room, while enjoying the sensation that they’re exercising atop a gorgeous hillside, inside a cozy beachside villa or in a futuristic black hole. Future “locations” could include customizable surroundings, allowing each user to create their perfect, personal fitness zone or meditation oasis.

“The experience feels unbelievably real and is sure to help people keep motivated and engaged with their fitness routine,” said Runtastic CEO, Florian Gschwandtner.
