Watermelon Feta Salad

Ingredients
- ½ watermelon
- 200 g feta
- 1 green onion
- 100 g arugula
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into cubes and put them in a bowl.
- Cut the green onion into rings.
- Crumble the feta and mix it with the watermelon and green onion.
- Put a handful of arugula on a plate, spoon the watermelon feta salad on top, drizzle everything with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with pepper if desired.
