Watermelon Feta Salad


  • ½ watermelon
  • 200 g feta
  • 1 green onion
  • 100 g arugula
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)


  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and put them in a bowl.
  2. Cut the green onion into rings.
  3. Crumble the feta and mix it with the watermelon and green onion.
  4. Put a handful of arugula on a plate, spoon the watermelon feta salad on top, drizzle everything with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with pepper if desired.
