The BMW Berlin Marathon is one of the biggest running events in the world and adidas Runtastic is an official partner. We're very proud of this, which is why we got active with fitness lovers in the week before the marathon. Starting on September 26, we gave our fans and followers the chance to participate in a variety of adidas Runtastic events. Thanks for joining us!
Premiere in Berlin: adidas Runtastic brought the New York-based masters of the morning party to Germany for the first time on September 28! We joined forces to put on this unforgettable event.
We started with an optional group run from adidas Runbase Berlin to Funkhaus Berlin, where a very special kind of bodyweight training event awaited all participants. Fitness Coach Lunden really cranked up the heat with a 45-minute high intensity bodyweight training workout! After a healthy breakast, we hit the dance floor for the grand finale.
Thank you to everyone who joined us! It was the best way to start the day 😉
adidas Runners Berlin hosted the fired-up adidas Runners Cheering Zone at kilometer 36 to show the marathon runners some love as they neared the finish.
Together we heated things up at this year's BMW Berlin Marathon and made it an unforgettable experience for the runners and fans!
Berlin, Germany – On Sunday, September 29, 2019, General Manager Scott Dunlap set a new World Record for Fastest Marathon in Lederhosen. Dunlap finished with an official time of 03:04:06 and also set a new World Record for Fastest Half Marathon in Lederhosen.
