Workout Of The Month: Water Aerobics

In the name of health & fitness, it’s time to dive into the water for some water aerobics. Working out in the water is awesome because it provides a low-impact environment with a very challenging resistance that is different from working out in a gym or with any other types of equipment.
Don’t have a pool yourself? That’s okay, you can do an internet search for a local public pool in your area or find a friend that has a pool who may also be interested in joining you for some fitness. And, as an added bonus, you can do this with your kids and they will actually think it’s fun!
