Workout of the Month: Pre-Holiday Party Legs & Cardio Workout

Who’s ready for the holiday’s? With all the holiday parties and treats ahead of us in the coming months, it’s really important to stick with your training if you are going to indulge a little bit. Hey, we’re all human and it’s all about balance, right? However, one type of workout in particular is exceptionally useful for the holidays – leg training!

Training legs is perfect before the holiday feast because you activate a large muscle group which, in turn, needs some extra food for repair. That way when you eat that extra serving of potatoes or dessert, it’s going to good use. Be prepared to lift some weights and get that heart rate up with this legs & cardio workout routine.
