No matter what type of workout you are getting ready to do, you must always, always, always do a warm up in order to wake up your muscles and prevent any injuries. So, this one is for all of you runners out there. You wouldn’t just get up from your desk and head straight for a run after work without a proper warm up, right? Didn’t think so… 🙂
