Workout Of The Month: Traveling Workouts For Your Hotel Room

Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, staying fit and active during that time might be on your list. Even if it’s just a quick 15-30 minute workout, it’s totally worth it! If you’re traveling for pleasure, some short bouts of exercise can really do wonders for your energy level and your waistline – assuming you’re planning on indulging in delicious food and drinks. If you’re traveling for business, starting your day off with a workout can help get your mind and body focused and charged up for any meetings or presentations.

Not sure what workouts you should do while traveling? Not to worry, Runtastic Fitness Coach Lunden has designed the Road Warrior Workout series with you in mind.

If you have a jump rope and a resistance band that you can bring with you in your suitcase or carry-on bag, then Road Warrior Workout part 1 is the perfect workout for you. Plus, it only takes around 15 minutes – perfect, right?

If you want something you can do quickly, without any equipment and only using your own body weight than Road Warrior Workout part 2 has your name on it. In fact, you can choose how long you want to do this workout depending on the amount of time you have.

Do you have any workouts you like to do while traveling? We would love to hear about them in the comments below.
