IT Helpdesk Agent

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, our teams are currently working from home. At the moment, we can only offer internships to candidates whose country of residence is Austria. We will go back to our usual approach as soon as possible.

If you want to gain your first professional IT experience, and enjoy supporting people, join our talented infrastructure team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related topics and support the Runtastic team in solving emerging IT issues.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Being in contact with our employees via our central service desk and handling as well as coordinating incoming requests
  • Providing first level support for our employee hardware and general internal tools (such as G-Suite, GLPI, Jira, Confluence and VPN)
  • Ensuring that our hardware and internal tools are set for a smooth workflow
  • Taking care of IT equipment orders, repairs and inventory management

What makes you the right match:

  • Excellent English and communication skills with a passion for people and delivering high-quality support services
  • An affinity for tech as well as an interest in working with various IT systems (Mac, Microsoft and Linux)
  • Empathetic, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
  • Valid work permit for Austria

And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 30,100 [based on full-time] gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
