(Senior) Product Manager

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, our teams are currently working from home, and we are onboarding new hires remotely.

As a (Senior) Product Manager, you are the key driver within one of our cross-functional teams and an acknowledged expert in digital, modern, agile Product Management. In this role, you’ll contribute to the vision of our digital products, adidas Running and adidas Training, and actively shape the future experience within our apps.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Managing digital product development using the Scrum agile method
  • Driving, measuring and communicating value creation of the product area, and validating concepts and solutions
  • Effectively setting priorities and managing the backlog, as well as planning resources accordingly
  • Collaborating closely with various internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Product Design, Research, Engineering) as well as colleagues from our mother company adidas
  • Communicating clearly and unambiguously in order to serve as a bond across multiple teams and departments
  • Gathering user feedback as well as analysing and understanding data to derive meaningful actions in order to reach our business goals while serving our consumers
  • Being on top of the development within our market and our competition to identify opportunities and threats

What makes you the right match:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in consumer-facing digital product management in an agile environment
  • Enthusiasm for the digital fitness industry, as well as a passion for technological innovations and trends
  • Outstanding communication, coordination and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on creative problem-solving
  • Very good English skills
  • Preferably, experience in working remotely or with teams in different locations
  • Willingness to travel to our headquarters in Linz 1-2 times a week
