As our Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for guiding Project Managers within the Creative Studio to manage the delivery of best-in-class creative content. You will coordinate with stakeholders across the business to align timelines, milestones and deliverables within the Studio, working closely with the Communications, Brand Design and Creative Production teams to take our digital fitness content to the next level.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Proactively managing, providing strategic guidance and monitoring the project team, while motivating team members to meet agreed milestones
  • Identifying and managing partners effectively, anticipating challenges, and developing plans to address risks 
  • Managing the overall creative content calendar with support from Project Managers
  • Coordinating multiple projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them
  • Maintaining high-level overview of all projects running in parallel
  • Exchanging with adidas counterparts to identify synergies and potential improvements in ways of working 
  • Driving project management tooling, and consistently exploring options for the introduction of new tools and methods to facilitate working ways within the Studio
  • Liasing with stakeholders, including the Sports Science, Activation Management and channel teams, to align on long-term strategic content goals and objectives
  • Overseeing the overall budget and resource distribution across projects
  • Identifying risks and constraints across projects early on to ensure corrective measures are taken

What makes you the right match:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within the digital content space
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience working with digital content production
  • Empathetic, people-centered mindset and a passion for leadership
  • Strong ability to prioritize and communicate effectively
  • Extraordinary negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse set of individuals and across different expert areas
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and a broad range of stakeholders simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to set and monitor KPIs
  • Excellent English and communication skills
