Our Agile Team provides organization-wide coaching to increase strategic alignment and to build sustainable and predictable systems to achieve business agility in Runtastic. As one of our Agile Coaches, you’ll be working with highly-skilled, experienced and creative people in Engineering and Non-Engineering teams to facilitate the further development of our strategic fields.

You’ll contribute by:

Embracing evolution over revolution by developing pragmatic agile approaches that fit the purpose of the respective teams
Creating your own strategy to increase alignment in teams and to build and maintain stable systems eg. training teams in evolutionary change management
Coaching teams to achieve agility while creating value in a predictable and sustainable way
Facilitating processes within the team by introducing methods that enable focused work and help them grow eg. how to teach and utilize flow metrics to scale probabilistic planning
Guiding teams through product backlog preparation for better transparency, value visibility, prioritization, and planning
Challenging yourself and teams to continuously improve by conducting experiments to find better ways of working eg. assisting with creation of an AI Coach

What makes you the right match:

2+ years of experience working as an Agile Coach in an organization
Empathetic, people-centred mindset with a passion for servant leadership
Committed to applying the ways of working that they coach on themselves
Profound knowledge of evolutionary change management
Accomplished training in either the Kanban Method and/or Scrum Framework
Strong experience in preparing and executing trainings for colleagues, as well as providing 1:1 and team coaching sessions in an organization
Understanding of systemic and symbolic modeling coaching
Knowledge of statistics, data modeling and/or prediction mechanisms as well as interest in machine learning and AI is a plus
Preferably a degree in psychology or math-related field
Excellent communication and English skills
