Senior iOS Engineer

As part of our smart and motivated team, you will write code that is used by millions of users worldwide. You will join our Athlete tribe which is responsible for delivering the core tracking functionality of our apps and innovating the way athletes train and achieve their goals. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team that conceptualizes and implements mobile apps and also develops features on cutting-edge iOS frameworks.

You'll contribute by:

  • Developing on the cutting edge of iOS frameworks
  • Collaborating with Designers, Engineers and Product Managers in an agile setup to design and ship features and improvements
  • Contributing to architecture discussions and decisions with your colleagues
  • Fostering knowledge exchange with your colleagues
  • Mentoring junior developers and interns

What makes you the right match:

  • 3+ years of practical experience in iOS development
  • Experience in Swift and iOS platform frameworks, familiarity with Objective-C is a plus
  • Excellent skills in writing clean and maintainable code as well as outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Very good English skills as well as communication skills
  • Preferably, a degree in (Mobile) Computing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

*And here’s the fine print: As part of our hybrid setup, we are currently hiring fully remote team members in AT, ESP, FRA, GER, GRC and UK (prerequisite: valid work & residence permit in the respective country). Conditions and benefits differ from country to country. 

And what about the salary? Our minimum salary starts at EUR 54,600 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hours working week). Of course we are happy to negotiate a salary based on your skills and professional experience.
