As our Office Manager, you play a key role in our employees’ experiences by ensuring our office is a welcoming and pleasant place, taking care of organisational and administrative tasks and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Being the first point of contact for all Office Management related topics at Runtastic
  • Receiving and welcoming employees and guests
  • Mail organization, email correspondence and ordering of supplies
  • Coordinating office cleaning and maintenance for our headquarters, as well as for our Vienna and Salzburg office, in close collaboration with our cleaning staff, service providers and external suppliers
  • Organizing internal and external appointments, as well as business travel
  • Contributing to a pleasant and fun working environment by supporting team events and social activities
  • Proactively coming up with improvements to foster a pleasant working environment

What makes you the right match:

  • 4+ years of experience as office manager, secretary or receptionist
  • Apprenticeship or degree from an institute for higher education (HAK, HLW)
  • Proactive mindset, as well as outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for people and cultures, as well as an approachable personality
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, German and English (written and spoken)
  • Valid work permit for Austria
