As a key member of our Activation Management team (Limited Period Contract until November 2023), you'll be leading engaging campaigns such as Run for the Oceans or supporting adidas launches across touchpoints. You will be managing complex project teams across different departments (Marketing, Content, Product, etc.) and multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

You’ll contribute by:

Planning, developing and enhancing campaign concepts and strategies contributing to our company goals
Managing activations within the respective core teams and stakeholders (internal and external)
Owning activations end-to-end (brief creation, channel commitment, aligning the process, launch of activation, stakeholder communication, recap & reporting, improvements)
Collaborating with our Creative Studio around strategic briefs for our activations
Coordinating cross-functional channel teams, creative teams, adidas teams and external agencies to deliver high quality campaigns within deadlines
Ensuring that our apps are represented in adidas-led campaigns
Working in CMS to publish challenges, virtual races, or new workouts
Reporting the success of campaigns and projects as well as sharing knowledge with stakeholders

What makes you the right match:

3+ years in Marketing and/or Campaign Planning, ideally in a digital context
Experience in project management and a proven track record to execute projects successfully
Profound experience in working with internal & external stakeholders
Affinity for and knowledge of digital marketing channels (such as CRM, social media, or user acquisition)
Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and trends
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent English skills
Ability to work independently, prioritise and manage workload
Willingness to travel between Runtastic and adidas offices
Preferably, degree in Business Administration, (Digital) Marketing, Project Management or a related field
Valid work permit for Austria

And what about the salary? Our minimum salary starts at EUR 46,620 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour working week). Of course we are happy to negotiate a salary based on your skills and professional experience.
