As a strong member of our innovative CRM Team, you will play an active role in the creation, implementation and execution of CRM strategies and roadmaps. You will be responsible for enabling the continuous and consistent testing, learning, and optimization in order to fully maximize the engagement of our users and strengthen our relationship with them in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll contribute by:
- Driving the business value in conversations between stakeholders and the CRM team as well as being the primary point of contact for our compliance and engineering teams
- Being the first line of support for fellow CRM Managers to set up messages and campaigns in the Customer Engagement Platform
- Collaborating with our CRM and Product Capabilities leaders to define quarterly goals as well as with Data Analysts to make data-driven improvements in the user lifecycle journey
- Implementing new capabilities and managing projects with multiple internal and external partners (e.g. Customer Engagement Platform provider)
- Ensuring correct application of our work guidelines for a successful collaboration with stakeholders
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, messaging capabilities and mobile platform innovations to improve our channels
- Setting up, monitoring, and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost user engagement
- Monitoring and managing our internal reports and Jira flows
What makes you the right match:
- 4+ years of experience in CRM campaign or messaging journey management as well as with mobile messaging from the Marketing or the IT Project Management side
- Degree in Business Administration, (Digital) Marketing, or a related field
- Track record in working with omni-channel customer engagement platform (e.g. Emarsys, Braze or SFMC)
- Genuine interest in technology and mobile, being a digital native
- Experience in project management in a digital environment
- Ability to write effective problem statements as well as business and impact estimations in a high quality
- Strong communication skills as well as a creative and user-oriented attitude
- Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and digital trends
- Detail-orientation and ability to connect the dots across different disciplines
- Excellent English skills
- Valid work permit to Austria

And here’s the fine print: Compensation throughout the company includes fixed and variable monetary compensation as well as our benefits package. Our fixed salary for this position starts at EUR 54,503 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hours working week).Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience. As variable component we have a Short-Term-Incentive plan in place.
