As our HR Specialist you will actively support our HR Generalists and will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of administrative tasks. You will act as the main contact person for our team members on several employment-related matters. 

You’ll contribute by:

  • Performing employee on- and off boarding activities
  • Ensuring employment-related data is maintained and correct in the respective systems
  • Creating work contracts, reference letters and other confirmation letters 
  • Preparing the monthly payroll and collaborating with our external payroll partners
  • Supporting in various HR-related projects
  • Being in close exchange with our adidas HR Services colleagues

What makes you the right match:

  • Ideally, previous experience in a similar HR or administrative role – you are also very welcome to apply if you have just finished your education, bring a lot of passion for HR, and are looking for gaining your first experience in this field
  • Preferably, a degree or other education (HAK, HLW)  in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and interest for working with employment data
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite, ideally also first experience working with SAP
  • Reliable and people-oriented team player who loves to interact with people from different cultures
  • Valid work permit to Austria

And here’s the fine print: Compensation throughout the company includes fixed and variable monetary compensation as well as our benefits package. Our fixed salary for this position starts at EUR 40,000 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hours working week).Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience. As variable component we have a Short-Term-Incentive plan in place.
