As our Product Designer, you are contributing to the creation of cross-functional, high-quality user experiences for our athletes, bringing ideas to life in the form of sketches, concepts and high-level prototypes. You will also be supporting the validation of delivered concepts and solutions against the desired user experiences. The aspiration is to define experiences that will maximize user engagement, conversion and advocacy for adidas.
You’ll contribute by:
- Collaborating closely with other Product Designers and Product teams to ensure the creation of consistent end-to-end experiences
- Utilizing user insights or other analysis to help understand what brings value for our users
- Reviewing and providing advice on user experience as well as usability
- Optimizing user-facing digital solutions within the adidas Running app
- Validating designs against the desired user experience
- Monitoring design, digital and health trends to maximize the value for our users and for adidas
- Participating in the Product Design and Product Management communities at Runtastic and adidas, sharing knowledge as well as best practices
What makes you the right match:
- 2+ years of experience in the area of Product Design, Interface Design or Experience Design; ideally in the digital or app space
- Experience working with Figma
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Creative and energetic team player, who has a passion for user-centered design
- Basic understanding of the native app environment GUI (screen layouts and composition)
- Very good English, communication and presentation skills
- Valid work permit to Austria

And here’s the fine print: Compensation throughout the company includes fixed and variable monetary compensation as well as our benefits package. Our fixed salary for this position starts at EUR 43,500 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hours working week).Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience. As variable component we have a Short-Term-Incentive plan in place.
