Problems With An Order

Canceling an Order Online
You can cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipping or home delivery. Please open “” then “My Account”. Sign in to your account and select View Orders, then click on the order number. Select the items you'd like to cancel. If you have placed an order without registering please contact us at: (Please mention your order no. or invoice no. for quicker handling.)

UPS or USPS Shipping Cancel within two hours of when the order was placed
Backorder Cancel any time while product is still on backorder
Digital Content (e.g., music, movie and game downloads) No cancellation

When cancelling an item, your order is no longer eligible for a promotion or a quantity discount, your order total will be recalculated. However, if an item from your order is canceled by us for any reason, the promotion or discount will remain in effect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at (Please mention your order no. or invoice no. for fast handling.) If you choose to return the item, you will receive a credit.

Tracking Your Order
To check your order status:

  1. Sign in to My Account. 
  2. Select View Orders. 
  3. Select Track this order next to the appropriate order number. 
  4. Click on the tracking number in the Status area below the product. This will take you to the UPS or USPS site, where you can see shipping status details. 


If an item you've ordered is on backorder, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know the estimated arrival time. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel it. Backorders remain active for 30 days. If after 30 days the item is still on backorder, we will automatically cancel the item. If you used PayPal, your PayPal account was charged at the time you placed the order.
